This Personal Data Notice ("Notice") is provided by MAX METANERGY LIMITED ("Organizer") for participants ("Participants") of any course or program ("Course") offered by the Organizer. By registering for any Course, the Participant agrees to the terms outlined in this Notice.
1. Personal Data Collection
- The Participant agrees to provide the following personal information for the purpose of registration and participation in the Course: name, date of birth, address, contact number, gender, and any other information deemed necessary by the Organizer.
2. Use and Processing of Personal Data
- The Organizer will use the provided personal data solely for the purpose of administering and managing access to the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, communication, account creation, access management, identity verification, certification and record-keeping.
- The Organizer will use the provided personal data solely for the purpose of administering and managing the Course. This includes, but is not limited to, communication, record-keeping, certification, authentication, and identity verification.
- The Organizer may use and process the Participant's personal data, such as name and date of birth, as well as the name and date of birth provided by the Participant for their family members, friends, relatives, or any other persons, provided that the Participant has obtained consent from the data subject, to analyse character traits, personality types, and energy profiles solely for educational and instructional purposes within the Course.
3. Sharing of Personal Data
- The Organizer may share the Participant's personal data with authorized partners and service providers necessary for the operation of the Course. These partners are obligated to protect the Participant's data and use it only for the purposes specified by the Organizer. Additionally, the data may be used for the Participant's personal improvement, such as when re-seating the Course or purchasing any product or service from the Organizer in the future.
4. Data Protection
- The Organizer must take appropriate security measures to protect the Participant's personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Appropriate technical and organizational measures will be implemented to ensure data security.
5. Participant Rights
- The Participant has the right to access, correct, update, or delete their personal data. Any requests should be notified to the Organizer.

- The Organizer will retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws and regulations.

- The Organizer may change or update this Notice at any time without prior notice. Participants will be informed of any significant changes.
8. Consent
- By registering for the Course, the Participant consents to the collection, use, processing, and sharing of their personal data as described in this Notice.
9. Discrepancy Clause
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
